Remodel Works Bath & Kitchen
We used a another building contractor to manage and build the project but used RW for their K&B design expertise and ability to get a project completed in a timely manner. We had worked with Mary Jennings and John De Luca at our previous home for a bath remodel and were not disappointed in their work on this project. Our contractor was very impressed with the planning and execution of the bath and kitchen portion of the project. He really liked Jeff Aldridge our Project Manager. He commented that Jeff works at communication with his customers. He always returned phone calls in a timely manner, and other wise kept us well informed. Things come up on any project but RW personnel worked diligently to come up with good solutions. Pricing for the project was competitive for a very organized, full service design/build remodeling firm

Remodel Works Bath & Kitchen
Yes, I would choose Remodel Works again! After interviewing 4 different companies to design and complete my kitchen and master bathroom remodels, I selected Remodel Works. This was due to my initial meeting with the designer, their process, and their warranty. And I'm so glad I did. My new kitchen and bathroom are beautiful! My designer, John De Luca, was wonderful to work with from beginning to end. He really is a "Kitchenaire Extraordinaire" and "Bathroom Beautiful" designer who cares about good design and about the client. We worked closely on the design for my kitchen and master bathroom and he came up with designs that really met my desires and needs and matched the rest of my home. My project manager, Greg Ransweiler, did an amazing job keeping my project on track and all of the Remodel Works workmen (Aschley, Devin, Chris) and subs on the project were professional, friendly, and did outstanding work. Another thing I really liked about Remodel Works was their design/build documentation and their clear construction process. I was given a project schedule so I knew exactly who was going to show up each day, what would be done, and when payment would be due. And when there were supply or other issues, I was kept fully informed. Of course, there were some bumps along the way, but Greg was very responsive (he never failed to get back to me) and always came up with thoughtful and suitable solutions. And he didn't mind all my questions. I love my new kitchen and bathroom (as do all my family and friends) and would highly recommend Remodel Works. When I'm ready to do my other bathroom, I plan to use them again

We held off on review for about four months because we do not believe you have a balanced picture of your experience immediately as the "newness factor" plays such a part. Last summer Halpert Construction remodeled our bathroom. We were immediately struck by the fact that Mark Halpert listened to us and did not try to take over the project like several of our other bidders seemed to want to. He also explained the whole process and after we hired him it worked just as he said. In fairness we agreed to purchase our own materials except for the basic construction materials (I must say he went above and beyond and purchased a number of things we expected to purchase.) He did help is with referrals to excellent sources. His bid was well within the parameters of the work he was providing and there were no hidden costs or cost overruns. His workers worked for him and were not day laborers and we were extremely pleased with all of them. The workers (and Mark) were excellent to work with and never got tired of explaining and answering our questions. They did their professional work perfectly but always consulted us when there was a design question. If we were having trouble they always gave us some perspectives. Even though we started early there were a couple of SNAFUs as to our part of the purchases--mostly because of the pandemic and the shortage of materials. They took it in stride and worked around these difficulties without complaint. They finished on time and cleaned up well. At the end of the job we did stick on a painting project and he gave us a good price and even pulled his main painter to take care of us that day. After four months we view this project as one of our best improvements on our house and are amazed every day when we use the shower and bathroom. We could wholeheartedly recommend Halpert Construction for any household project--large or small

Michael was great the entire project. He was great with communication the entire process. He always had multiple solutions to any issues that came up and allowed me to make the best decision based on what I wanted. I never felt he was trying to increase cost with change orders. We actually came in a little below budget and it the bathroom came out better than I anticipated. We are still getting complements on the remodel. Michael is a very skilled tradesman and took great pride to make sure the bathroom came out the way we envisioned

From the first meeting with Matt our Designer to the professionalism by our Project manager Jeff and all of the workers we couldn't be happier. They were on time and on the budget that was agreed on. From the demolition crew, drywall person, flooring guys led by Eduardo, electrician, cabinet maker and installers, countertop fabrication and installation, and appliance installation they were all top notch and went out of their way to make sure the job was done perfectly. Coastal Designs Inc. is awesome! We just finished a complete remodel of our master bathroom and a facelift on our second upstairs bathroom. It was completed 2 weeks ahead of schedule. Drew took my inspiration picture and made it happen and it came out better than I could even imagine. His crews were professional, respectful and on time and their work was meticulous. All the products used were high quality and the workmanship impeccable. Drew even had a cleaning crew every Friday to keep the construction dust to a minimum. Drew kept us informed on the daily schedule and progress and was great about any communication. He completely took the stress out of having a remodel. We had the pleasure of using Drew & Coastal Designs for a kitchen and master bathroom remodel. The job was completed two weeks earlier than scheduled (amazing given today's supply chain and labor woes). We are thrilled with both the end product and the fact that the process was as painless as a remodel can be. For example: Drew was very transparent and provided a comprehensive, 20+ page proposal that detailed each aspect of the remodel so there was no misunderstanding of the work to be performed. What is impressive is the quality of the work; his concern was that we don't have problems 10 years down the road. Drew only takes on a limited number of jobs at a time and provides his full attention to those jobs and is not spread too thin. He was onsite every day, and we met every morning to go through the work to be done and decisions to be made that day. He was always reachable by phone/text and usually responded to messages immediately. We liked that we could provide as much or as little input as we wanted. Where we did have specific requests, he LISTENED but would also (politely) tell us when our ideas were way out there/cause for concern. We valued Drew's input and professional expertise whereas we did not feel that the other contractors we interviewed would warn us of a bad idea. His team was very clean (and all were very nice) and he would send a cleaning person at the end of each work week so that the house was tidy for the weekend. Thus, we lived at home during the remodel without any problems. We obtained several quotes from other contractors as well, and while Coastal Designs was not the lowest quote, what gave us the most comfort was that Drew wanted the product to be done right (versus as fast as possible). Drew takes pride in his work and prioritizes quality over expediency. Most importantly, Drew is as nice and as honest as can be and was a pleasure to work with. We truly enjoyed working with Drew
